- How do I correct information in my profile?
To correct information in your profile, click on the "My Manager" link from the main members area screen. This will launch a new page with various options for editing different portions of your profile. For example, clicking on "Edit Physical stats" will load a page with the information you currently have on file. Simply correct your information and submit the form to save your changes.
- I don't remember my username or my password. What should I do?
If you registered with a legitimate email address your username and password can be sent to you. Just click on any "Lost password" link you find and enter the email address you registered. Your username and password will be sent as long as the email address you enter is found in your files. You cannot enter a different email address from the one that you registered.
- Why do I have to place an Ad? I already filled out my profile, this is confusing.
An Ad is not your profile. Ads are what are searched by the system when users use the quick search and when they click 'browse ads'. They can then view your profile by clicking on your ad photo. This is just the way the system works and it's very important that you place an ad. Go to your manager and find the link to place/edit your ad. Ads expire after 60 days and need to be kept updated.
- Can I safely answer ads without revealing my e-mail address?
Yes! Use the online email service provided to exchange emails until you feel comfortable giving your real email address. Then you can give them your real email address using this feature.
- Someone is using this site to spam me!
Unfortunately this happens with such a popular site and I apologize for being unable to keep it from happening. I can however remove their membership if I know who they are. If someone sends you spam through the email system please use the contact form and let me know their username and I'll remove them. Additionally, you can block this member from contacting you.
- Can I post nude pictures of myself?
No.
- I uploaded a picture and now it's gone! What happened?
There are 2 reasons your picture may have been removed. One is that it may have been too large either in pixel size or file size. Really large images eat up my space and bandwidth. Please reduce the size of your photo to less than 640 px in width or height. You can resize your photo online for free by clicking here and optimize it for free by clicking here. I have made a Photo Help & Instructions page to help you, please read it. Secondly, I may have removed it because it contains nudity.
- I never received my confirmation email
Either you didn't enter your correct email address or your spam blocker wouldn't allow it. 99% of the time it's the spam blocker. Please check your blocked emails!
